User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resecan and NGMARS Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, publication opportunity, or research outcomes arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you used only free services, a nominal amount permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, abused service limits, engaged in unlawful conduct, or otherwise used the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
